Bass River Fire Toonie Draw

How to Play

1.	Fill out a Registration Form: There are two ways to register - at a Ticket Box Location, or Online:
	To Register at a Ticket Box Location (see below): At the RED BASS RIVER FIRE DEPARTMENT box, take a registration form, CLEARLY fill it out, put the half with your name, phone number and email in to the box. Keep the other half for your recirds. Take a sticker from display, CLEARLY write your number from the registration form onto the sitcker, put it on your toonie and put it in the box. You must have your toonie with your number attached to it in the RED BASS RIVER FIRE DEPARTMENT box by 5pm, each Monday.		To Register ONLINE: If you have never registered, please fill in the Online Registration Form completely and submit it. On this form you will be asked how many numbers you want to play. E-Transfer the amount you wish to play to ToonieDraw@BassRiverFire.ca. Password: Toonie Note: if you ask for one number, then $20 will enter you into the next 10 draws. If you ask for two numbers it will enter you into the draw for 5 weeks for each number. ONLY AFTER YOUR E-TRANSFER HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED will you be entered into the draw. You will be sent a confirmation email with your ticket number(s) once that occurs. You must have your online registration form submitted and your eTransfer sent by 5pm on Monday to be guarenteed to be entered into Tuesday's draw.

2.	If you wish to play more than one toonie per week, you must register another number. Play each number ONLY ONCE per week.
3.	The draw is from all registered numbers played within 6 months, not just toonies played that week.
4.	If you register a number it's YOURS FOR LIFE.
5.	If a registered number is drawn, but not played that week, the prize will roll over to the following Tuesday.
6.	Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the draw date.
7.	You can prepay your toonie number(s) by: 1. Sending an eTransfer to ToonieDraw@BassRiverFire.ca, including your ticket number(s) in the comment field. Password: Toonie OR, 2. Placing a sticker with you number on it onto a bill or cheque. Please ensure total sum of bills are multilples of two. Cheques can be made out to Bass River & District Volunteer Fire Brigade. Please DO NOT prepay with toonies. Only ONE TOONIE per number, per draw.
8.	Members of the Bass River Fire Department are ineligible to play.
9.	In case of discrepency, the master list of the Bass River & District Volunteer Fire Brigade supersedes all other lists.
10.	The Bass River Fire Brigade reserves the right to make changes with two weeks notice and approval of the Nova Scotia Alcohol & Gaming Authority.
11.	All Players must be 19 years or older to play.

ONLY AFTER YOUR E-TRANSFER HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED will you be entered into the draw. You will be sent a confirmation email with your ticket number(s) once that occurs.
Your password must have: a minimum eight characters, at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number
You can only play each number once per week. Make sure that:
E-Transfer Total = $2 x Number of Tickets X Number of Draws you want to enter.

To Check Your Balance:
Use the Ticket Lookup Tool to the right. Enter your ticket# and click the "Check Balance" button. Log into your account to view multiple tickets at once, or to make changes to your contact information.
To Top Up Your Balance:
	Send an eTransfer to ToonieDraw@BassRiverFire.ca
	Please make your eTransfer password: Toonie
	Include your ticket number(s) in the comment section. Remember: E-Transfer Total = $2 x Number of Tickets X Number of Draws you want to enter.
